Customers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded photographs, names, text, and personalization details are accurate before submitting an order.

Because our products are custom-made, changes may not be possible once production has started.

4. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout or through a download link.

No physical item will be shipped for digital-only purchases.

Customers are responsible for downloading and saving their files after delivery.

5. Printed Products

Printed products are professionally produced and shipped by our trusted fulfillment partner, Printful.

Production times and shipping estimates may vary depending on the destination, product availability, and carrier performance.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, they are not guaranteed.

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on our Site are shown in the applicable currency at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, or product availability at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers. Creatoshop does not store your complete payment card information.

7. Order Acceptance
