Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

After your order is completed, your high-resolution digital artwork will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout or through a download link, depending on the product.

Please note:

• No physical item will be shipped for digital-only purchases.
• Delivery times shown on the product page are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of your order.
• Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
• If you do not receive your digital order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Printed Products

Selected products are available as professionally printed items.

Printed products are manufactured and fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Printful, and shipped directly to the shipping address you provide during checkout.

Production Time

Because every order is made specifically for you, production begins after your order is confirmed.

Production times typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on the product and current production volume.

Production times are separate from shipping times.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by destination and shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after production include:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• Europe: 4–10 business days
• United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 5–12 business days
• Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information once your printed order has been dispatched.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Creatoshop is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees imposed by your country's authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Delivery Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages

We will work with you and our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple printed products, they may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately.

If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, shipping availability depends on the destination country and the products offered by our fulfillment partner.

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified before your order is processed whenever possible.
