What file will I receive?
A high-resolution 300 DPI JPEG or PNG, ready to print at any size, frame, or use digitally. We recommend at least 8×10 for the best printed result.

What is your refund policy?
Yes. If you’re not happy with your portrait or placed your order by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to find the best solution, including a refund when appropriate. Once your artwork has been completed and approved, refunds may be limited depending on the circumstances.
