Delivery Method

All portraits and custom artwork are delivered digitally via email or a secure download link. No physical product is included with your order.

Processing Time

Standard delivery time is 1–2 business days.

Processing begins once we receive all required photos, order details, and personalization information needed to complete your artwork.

In rare cases of high demand, delivery may take slightly longer. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible.

No Physical Shipping

CreatoShop does not ship physical products. All orders are provided as digital files.

Delivery Confirmation

Once the final artwork has been delivered via email or download link, the order is considered completed.
