Welcome to Creatoshop! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order, you agree to follow the terms below.

1. About Us

Creatoshop is an online store offering custom digital portraits of pets, pet & owner duos, and homes. All artwork is made-to-order and delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Ordering Process

  1. All orders are placed through our website: www.creatoshop.com
  2. You must upload clear photos for best results.
  3. After placing your order, we’ll contact you if any details are missing.
  4. You will receive a digital preview for approval (if included in the package).
  5. Final files are sent digitally via email or download.

4. Delivery

  1. Delivery Time: Most digital portraits are delivered within 24–72 hours.
  2. Format: High-resolution JPG or PNG files (unless otherwise requested).
  3. This is a digital product—no physical items will be shipped, unless specified.

5. Revisions

  1. Minor revisions are accepted before final approval.
  2. Once the final file is delivered, additional edits may incur an extra fee.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

At Creatoshop, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your custom portrait — whether it’s a pet, person, or home. If you're not happy, we offer refunds with care and fairness.

We gladly offer a 100% refund in the following cases:

  1. You are not satisfied with the final artwork and no revision can fix it
  2. The product was delivered late and you no longer want it

Since our portraits are fully personalized:

  1. We offer Unlimited free revisions 
  2. If you're still not satisfied after revision, you can request a refund

How to Request a Refund

Just email us at info@creatoshop.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Reason for refund
  3. Optional: feedback or reference images (to help us learn)

We typically respond within 24 hours.

❌ When Refunds Are Not Possible

We may not issue a refund if:

  1. You approved the final artwork and received the files
  2. You simply change your mind after the work is completed and approved

7. Intellectual Property

  1. You retain rights to your original uploaded photos.
  2. Creatoshop owns the rights to the final artwork unless otherwise agreed.
  3. We may showcase finished artwork for marketing—only with your consent.
  4. Reselling or redistributing our artwork without permission is prohibited.

8. Use of Website

You agree not to:

  1. Use the website for any illegal purpose
  2. Violate copyright laws or upload unauthorized content
  3. Attempt to hack or misuse our website

9. Limitation of Liability

Creatoshop is not liable for:

  1. Delays caused by incorrect or unclear photo submissions
  2. Printing quality from third-party services
  3. Damages resulting from misuse of our digital files

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here, and continued use of the site means you agree to the new terms.
