Overview

CreatoShop provides custom digital portraits and artwork based on customer-submitted photos, instructions, and personalization details. Our products may include pet portraits, pet and owner portraits, home portraits, family portraits, and other custom artwork. All orders are delivered as digital files, and no physical product is included.

Orders

Customers are responsible for providing clear, accurate, and suitable photos and instructions. We may refuse orders that cannot be completed properly due to insufficient, unclear, or unsuitable reference material.

Delivery

All orders are delivered digitally. No physical products will be shipped.

Delivery time is 1–2 business days after receiving all required photos, information, and personalization details.

Revisions

Revisions are included during the preview stage before final delivery. Customers may request reasonable changes before the final artwork is delivered.

Payments

Full payment is required before production begins.

Intellectual Property

Customers receive personal-use rights to the final artwork. The artwork may not be resold, redistributed, licensed, or used commercially without written permission from CreatoShop.

We may display completed artwork in our portfolio, website, or social media for promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for issues caused by the misuse, unauthorized modification, alteration, or improper use of digital files after delivery.
