2. Our Services & Eligibility
- About Us: Creatoshop specializes in custom, made-to-order digital portraits of pets, owners, and homes. All products are delivered in a digital format unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific product package.
- Eligibility: By using our website and purchasing our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are accessing the site with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
3. The Ordering Process & Specifications
- Order Placement: All orders must be processed directly through www.creatoshop.com.
- Photo Submission: The quality of the final custom portrait depends directly on the photos you upload. You are responsible for providing clear, high-resolution source images. If submitted photos do not meet the quality standards required for a professional result, our design team will contact you to request alternatives, which may adjust production timelines.
- Artwork Preview: Depending on the selected package, a digital preview may be sent to you for review and approval prior to final delivery.
4. Delivery & Formats
- Turnaround Time: Most custom digital portraits are completed and delivered within 24 to 72 hours from the time clear source photos and complete order details are received.
- Delivery Format: Final artwork is delivered via email or a secure download link as a high-resolution, print-ready JPG or PNG file.
- Digital-Only Nature: Unless a physical print upgrade is explicitly purchased, all products are 100% digital. No physical items, frames, or prints will be shipped.
5. Revisions & Proofing
We want you to love your custom artwork. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer the following structure for revisions:
- Unlimited Proofing Adjustments: We provide unlimited free minor revisions while your order is in the preview/proofing stage.
- Post-Approval Edits: Once you have formally approved the preview and the final high-resolution files have been delivered, the order is considered closed. Any subsequent requests for modifications, changes, or adjustments may be subject to an additional graphic design fee.
6. Refunds, Cancellations, & Satisfaction Guarantee
At Creatoshop, your satisfaction is our absolute priority. Because our portraits are entirely custom-made and fully personalized, we handle refunds with a balance of care, fairness, and professional distinction.
🌟 When We Issue a 100% Refund
We will gladly issue a full 100% refund in the following scenarios:
- Unsatisfactory Artwork: If, after utilizing our unlimited revision process, the final artwork preview still does not meet your expectations and cannot be corrected by our team.
- Late Delivery: If the artwork is delivered past our promised timeline and you no longer wish to receive it, provided the delay was not caused by a late photo submission or missing details from your side.
❌ When Refunds Cannot Be Issued
Due to the digital and highly personalized nature of custom illustration, we cannot grant refunds if:
- You have already formally approved the final artwork and received the high-resolution, unwatermarked digital files.
- You request a cancellation or refund purely due to a change of mind after the custom design work has already been completed and approved.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email our support team at info@creatoshop.com with the following information:
- Your Order Number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- (Optional) Specific feedback or reference images to help our design team understand how we can improve.
Note: Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 24 hours. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
- Client Assets: You retain all ownership, copyrights, and intellectual property rights to the original photos you upload to our platform.
- Final Artwork: Creatoshop retains the intellectual property rights and copyrights to the finished artistic style and design created by our team, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Marketing & Portfolio Use: We love celebrating your pets and homes! Creatoshop reserves the right to showcase completed portraits on our website, social media channels, or marketing materials. We will only do this with your explicit or implied consent, and we will respect your privacy if you request that your artwork remain private.
- Commercial Restrictions: The digital files provided to you are intended for personal use (e.g., personal printing, gifting, social media sharing). Commercial resale, mass redistribution, or unauthorized commercial exploitation of Creatoshop artwork is strictly prohibited without a commercial license.
8. Prohibited Conduct
By utilizing our website, you agree not to:
- Use our platform, services, or artwork for any unlawful, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
- Upload photos that infringe upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or contain explicit/harmful material.
- Attempt to disrupt, bypass, hack, or compromise the security and infrastructure of our website.
9. Limitation of Liability
Creatoshop (Portraitfy LTD) provides custom digital art assets. We shall not be held liable for:
- Delivery delays resulting from missing information, slow communication, or low-quality photo uploads from the buyer.
- The final print quality, color accuracy, or material defects when printing through third-party print shops, external services, or home printers.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital files.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at our discretion. Any changes will be posted directly to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services following adjustments constitutes acceptance of those changes.
