If you're not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
✅ We Accept Refunds
Yes, we offer refunds in the following cases:
- You’re not satisfied with the final result, and we’re unable to improve it after revisions.
- We haven’t started working on your order yet and you request a cancellation.
- You placed an order or duplicate order by mistake.
🛠️ Revisions First
Since each portrait is custom-made, we offer free revisions to ensure you're happy with the final result. Please contact us within 1-5 days of receiving your preview if you'd like any changes.
🔁 Refund Timeframe
To request a refund, please contact us at info@creatoshop.com within 1-7 days of your purchase. Refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days back to your original payment method.
❌ Non-Refundable Cases
- If you've approved the final design and we've already delivered the high-resolution files.
- You simply change your mind after the work is completed and approved
