At CreatoShop, all products are custom-made digital portraits created specifically for each customer.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, only if the design process has not started.
• After 12 hours, or once work has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

• We are unable to complete your order due to a technical issue on our side.
• A major issue prevents successful delivery of the final product.
• Once the final artwork is delivered or approved, the order is considered completed and non-refundable.

Revisions

• Revisions are available during the preview stage to ensure the final artwork matches your request.

Delivery Issues

If there is any issue with your file or delivery, we will correct it or resend your order at no additional cost.
